In 2013, the first item of Singo Keller to involve to automobile steering system is its domestication at PQ35 platform of Volkswagen auto including most mainstream Volkswagen cars in China. Its annual quantity could match to 1,500,000 cars which is an important strategy on domestic production of Volkswagen Auto.
Singo Keller developed 100 percent flaw detection for product and phosphating process through more than 4 times optimization from material improvement to cold heading process after 15 months of technical research. They overcame so many difficulties such as big deflection of product, long process route and extreme safety level to achieve stable supply of HOUSING which is key product of steering system with great help of Xingtai Steel and Germany Keller. Singo Keller was also the first supplier with cold forming process in China. They gained recognition from ZF EMFORD who is the steering system integration supplier of Volkswagen Auto and won the honour of successful domestic supplier at PQ35 Platform. They were also specified as domestic supplier of HOUSING production in year 2014 at S3 Platform of GM Auto which brought broader market for them.
