In order to further develop the stainless-steel marketand meet the needs of more users, in the first half of the year, the stainless-steel mill of Xingtai Steel successfully developed and produced 3 kinds of stainless steel: 42Cr10Si2Mo, 439 (including Ti), 4Cr13. 42Cr10Si2Mo is the first kind of heat-resistant stainless steel used in heat-resistant bolts.
40Cr10Si2Mo is amiddle and high-end product of valve steel series. It is the necessary material for making gasoline engines and diesel engine valves, and also the critical material of the engine.Currently, the product has been on trial on domestic famous engines; 439 is a kind of ferritic stainless steel which added the stabilizing elements such as Ti on the base of 0Cr17. Compared with 0Cr17, the intergranular corrosion resistance, formability and weldability of this steel are improved. 40Cr10Si2Mo can be used in automobile exhaust system component, tableware and so on. At present, the product is mainly used in an American company which is the world famous kitchen ware supplier; 4Cr13 is a kind of high-carbon martensitic stainless steel which has the characteristics of high hardness, good abrasion resistance and a certain degree of corrosion resistance. It is mainly used for the production of high hardness and high wear resistance of the cutting tools, nozzles, shafts, valve blocks, valve bearings and other components.
