On October 20th, The Hebei Society for Metals organized industry experts to evaluate three projects of our company — 《Development and application of key technologies of ultra-clean 55SiCr for high strength automobile suspension spring》,《Development and application of key technologies of cold heading steel for automotive high intensity bolt》, 《Development and application of key technologies of high quality piston rod for automotive shock absorber》. The evaluation conference was held in conference room 207. Hu Lining, chief engineer of the company, attended and addressed this meeting. Through the evaluation made by experts from University of Science and Technology Beijing, Iron and Steel Research Institute, Yanshan University and many other units, the scientific and technological achievements of these three projects have reached international advanced level and brought remarkable economic benefit and social benefit.
These three projects are all created under the background of the continuous promotion of automobile lightweight and the localization of steel used in automobile parts. In recent years, Xingtai Steel actively responded to the market requirement for automotive steel, invested in research and development, added some detection equipment and steadily improved product quality. The products have gradually gained the certification and accreditation(C&A) of automotive OEM.
