Recently, the list of high-qualitified metallurgy products was released by China Iron and Steel Association. “SCM435 for cold heading and cold extrusion” and “pure iron wire CH1T for deep drawing” are on the list, awarded the Gold Cup Prize of Metallurgy Products. That means the quality of two products reach the international level of similar products.
The Gold Cup Prize is organized by China Iron and Steel Association in Chinese iron and steel industry. It’s the only evaluation activity for the quality of real products in steel industry, and it is also the highest prize for the quality of real products, which means the awarded products reach the international advanced level of similar products. The prize is given annually, and the recognized products was awarded as “the Gold Cup Prize” with the three-year validity period. Since 2004, Xingsteel has won the "the Gold Cup Prize" for the twelfth time with a total of more than 40 products winning this prize.
As a national high-tech enterprise, it has been evaluated by Speical Steel Enterprise Association Of China as "the most competitive and potential specialized enterprise for special steel wire rod in China". The qualityof products has been upgraded. Besides, the proportion of fine and special steel is 100% and the proportion of high-tech products is 75%. The core technology already up to the leading domestic and international advanced level. In recent years, Xingtai Steel has not only won the "National Quality Award", "the first prize of National Science & Technology Progress Award", "High-tech Enterprise" and other awards, but also always insists on scientific and technological innovation to promote the sound development. At present, our company has 73 provincial-level scientific and technological achievements, 42 world-leading achievements, and 67 provincial and municipal scientific and technological progress awards.
