On July 26th, a technical team of 7 members from Capital Engineering & Research Incorporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as CERI) visited Xingtai Iron and Steel for a 3-day technical exchange on the project of transformation, upgrading, relocation and reconstruction of Xingtai Steel.
On behalf of the company, Peng Shidan, General Manager of the company, first welcomed the arrival of the technical team of CERI. He asked the relevant technicians from the technical department, steel-making business department and rolling mill business department to make full use of this rare learning opportunity, humbly seek advice from the excellent technical experts of CERI present here, and jointly solve the main technical problems in the process of promoting Xingtai Steel's transformation, upgrading, relocation and reconstruction projects.
During the exchange, technical personnel of both parties had an in-depth discussion on technical issues such as general layout of new project of Xingtai Steel, steel-making process scheme, rolling process scheme, iron-steel interface and steel rolling interface. They finally reached a consensus and obtained many substantive conclusions.
After the meeting, CERI will optimize the design and issue the construction drawing plan as soon as possible according to the matters agreed by both parties to ensure the construction progress requirements of Xingtai Steel's transformation, upgrading and relocation project.
